Payment Policies
Bookings are confirmed with payment.
The room will be released if no payment is made after 24 hours.
EFT payments must reach us within 3 working days. Proof of Payment must be sent to us. info@parkliving.co.za
We accept Visa, MasterCard
Cash Deposits will incur a bank handling fee.
Please note these Payment Conditions do not apply to travel associated with a Group booking or Agent Bookings.
Cancellation Policies
Our easy and friendly cancellation policy
- More than 15 days prior to arrival – 100% refund.
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival – 100% refund if rooms are booked by other guests (approved by guesthouse)
- No show, premature departures – No refund
- Please note these Cancellation Polices do not apply to travel associated with a Group booking or Agent Bookings.
- No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Any other cancellations should be done via the channel or website that you’ve booked with.
Smoking
Please note smoking in public places is illegal and smoking is only permitted in outside demarcated areas.
Smoking in any of the rooms and buildings is strictly prohibited.
Pets
Strictly no pets are allowed without prior arrangement and formal approval from management.
Swimming pool
- Swimming pool to be used at own risk.
- No lifeguard on duty.
- Minors to be supervised by adults at all times.
- The establishment, its owners, employees, and agents, can not to be held liable for any person’s injury or death, loss, destruction, or damage while using the swimming pool.
- Pool hours from 08h00 to18h00
- Swimming towels available on request. Please refrain from using room towels for swimming.
Right of Admission
Right of admission to Park Living Guesthouse is reserved at the sole discretion of management.
We reserve the right to cancel any stay or booking found to be in violation of our terms and conditions, or behaving in an anti-social manner, which upsets other guests and staff without refund.
Please note these terms and conditions are to ensure everyone has a great time while staying at our guesthouse.
NO social gatherings pool parties, extra guests, music, alcohol and rowdy guests allowed on site.
Sorry, no outside functions or pool parties, we are a quiet, private guesthouse, offering our services and amenities to our registered guests.
Limitation of liability
The establishment, its owners, employees, and agents, agree not to be held liable for any person’s injury or death, loss, destruction, or damage to any property on the premises, regardless of the cause, including fire, theft, or negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongdoing of any person employed by the guesthouse. This agreement is made on behalf of the guests and the individuals who will be traveling with them.
Inappropriate or careless behaviour by visitors that may result in damage to the property or the premises, and any lost keys replacements will be at the guest’s expense.
Privacy Policies
We collect no information about you, other than information automatically collected and stored when you visit our site, including:
- The name of the domain you use to access the Internet.
- The date and time of your visit.
- The pages you visited.
- The address of the web site you came from when you came to visit.
This data is used by us for statistical analysis and to improve the usability of our website for users.
No other data will be gathered about you unless it is expressly stated that it will.
